A store credit towards exchange will be issued for returns that are unopened or unused, excluding initial delivery charge. Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced with the same item only. Please call Natural Balance at (718)336-8400, for return authorization.
Upon request, we will be happy to send you pre-purchase samples for many of our skincare and bodycare products. We recommend sampling your skincare selection before submitting your purchase order.
We carry other personal and gift products not listed in our ecommerce catalog: (spa gift sets, pillows, yoga gift sets, tea gift sets, books, exercise products, and more). Personalized, custom-blended, therapeutic-grade, aromatherapy oils are also available by special request. Pricing is from $25. and up, determined by types of oils used and size ordered.
