Shipping:
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Standard shipping items will be shipped within 4-7 business days.
Backorders:
If a selected item is backorder and the wait will be longer than 3 days we will contact you.
Returns/Damaged Items:
If you are not satisfied with your product or received items that have been damaged during shipping please contact us via the contact us e-mail option to obtain a return authorization number. We apologize that shipping costs will not be refunded.
