Every consultation is key for both parties to know what is going or not going to happen.
-I want to know what you have done to your hair in the past.
-I also want to know what your hair goals are.
-I want the client to understand what to expect in the chair for that appointment.
-And if the client wants to change it up from their "Normal color"
My biggest drive is how the client feels when we are done in the chair, the emotions that they feel when they truly feel beautiful, or when they get the cut and color of their dreams.
