We realize there may be times when you will be running late for your appointment; however, in such an instance, the allotted time for your service will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paper that may be needed or time to prepare for your treatment allowing you to enjoy it to the fullest extent. Appointments for multiple services and for some individual services will have to be guarenteed by credit card. This is to assure that the products used to set up your treatment do in fact get used otherwise unfortunently they will go to waste.
There will be no refund for guests receiving multiple services if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. All no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled reservation of services. At the time of booking we will be retainining a credit card # that will be used in these circumstances. Arrangemants can be made within 72 hours to service the missed service. All prices are subject to change. To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable; however, walk-ins are gladly accepted.
