We really appreciate you at Lavish Hair Spa. That’s why we have created a points program to reward you, our Guest for your continued business and loyalty. This is a complimentary program and is presented as a courtesy to all of our guests. Over time your points will accumulate and can be redeemed for free services or other special offers. Here’s how it works:
How Do I enroll in the points program?
There's no enrollment necessary! Once you have been entered a guest into our computer system, you'll begin earning points automatically. Stop by Guest Services to check the balance of your account.
HOW ARE POINTS EARNED? 1 point = $1.00. Points are earned for the services and products you purchase. It's up to you if you'd like to use or bank your points. They never expire! You can earn 200 bonus points for referring friends to the salon, returning guests can receive 50 points for pre-booking their next appointment and new guests can receive 100 points for pre-booking their next appointment.
IS THERE AN ENROLLMENT FEE?
There is no fee or obligation associated with the rewards program.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY POINT BALANCE? Please stop by Guest Services to inquire about your points balance. You may also call or email us to find out your balance as well.

- Points will be awarded at the time of check out. Referral points will be awarded at the end of your friend’s visit and pre-booking points will be awarded when you check-out of your pre-booked appointment, rather than when the appointments are booked. All points that are earned will be available to be redeemed at your next appointment.
- Once your points have been redeemed, they will be deducted from your account.
- Points are non-transferrable.
- The Guest Loyalty Program cannot be combined with any other offers and/or discounts.
- Points accrued cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one reward can be redeemed per visit.
- This program may be modified at any time without notice.
