SALON POLICIES CANCELLATION POLICIES PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We provide a courtesy email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change the scheduled appointment.
It is your responsibility to honor your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 will be charged 1/2 the price of the scheduled service. If we are able to reschedule with another client, the charge will be waived.
No shows, those who make no attempt to cancel, are respnsible for the full price of the scheduled service.
WEDDING PARTY CANCELLATION
We require a 50% deposit when booking to secure the date and time. Less than 48 hour notice to cancel will result in your deposit retained.
NEW CLIENT REFERRAL
The highest compliment we can receive is when you refer your family and friends to us. For every new client you refer to us, you will receive a $10 credit toward your next service.
NEW CLIENT APPRECIATION GIFT
All first time clients are entitled to a $10 credit for your next service when booking a second appointment, as a thank you for your patronage.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cash. We DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS. We are not set up to accept gratuities on credit or debit cards. You may give your gratuity in cash or a check made payable to your stylist.
Tips are customary in personnal service businesses to reflect satisfaction and appreciation for the level of service received, the amount is always left to the descretion of the client.

SAtISFACTION POLICY We guarantee our work, however if you are not satisfied with the results, you MUST notify the salon within 3 business days. We will offer you a follow appointment to correct or modify to a satisfactory outcome. There may be an additional charge depending on the correction and product used.
