Policy:
Cancelation Policy- We require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All hair color, hair extension, and eyelash extension appointments require a credit card on file. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a charge of $65.00 Tardyness may result in the need to reschedule an appointment.
Eyelash Extension Policy- You must arrive to your appointment with clean, dry lashes. 50% of more "fall out" is considered a new set, not a fill.
