Pricing

 

Pricing for salon and spa services is subject to change without notice. 

 

Prices for hair services are determined by your stylist. Before starting a service, we can give you a price range BUT the final price will be deteremined at the end of your service and will be based upon the amount of product used, methods (highlighting, balayage) and the time it took to complete your service (including cut and blow drying time). Toners and other services are used as your stylist sees fit to give you the look you want to achieve. Should you decline a toner or other service that your stylist deems necessary and aren't happy with your results, you will be charged full price for the additional service (ex. a toner with color is $25; booked by itself, it is a $55 service). 

 

 

Complaint Policy

 

We aim to provide excellent service each and every time you visit Coral Tree Salon and Day Spa.

 

We realize, however, that there will be instances where customers are dissatisfied and our goal is to resolve these issues quickly and to everyone's satisfaction.

 

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of the initial service.

 

You may report issues by calling the salon at (910) 575-4422 and speaking with one of the owners, Kelli or Brandi, or emailing coraltreesalon@gmail.com. If you need to report an issue on a day that the salon is closed, please email the complaint so that it is received within 48 hours.

 

We are happy to redo any service that is reported during this timeframe. We ask that you set your follow up appointment to resolve the issue within 3 days of the initial service.   We believe that your original service provider deserves a chance to correct the issue, so your follow up will be scheduled with that person. Please note that a blow out is not included with any issue resolution services. If you'd like a fresh blow out, you may book one at the regular price. 

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any services. You paid for the employee's time, and time cannot be returned.

 

We are happy to fix any issues reported outside of the 48 hour window. Please note that we reserve the right to charge additional fees for resolving issues reported after 48 hours.

 

Late Cancellation/No Show policy

 

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge you in part or in full for your appointment. Cancelation fees start at $25 per missed appointment.

If you no show an appointment, we reserve the right to charge you in part or in full for the scheduled service. No show fees start at $25 per missed appointment.

Customers booking services that were donated or part of contest winnings will forfeit their winnings if appointments are canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed completely.

Customers booking services with a gift certificate may have cancelation or no show fees deducted from their gift card balance.

 

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

Arriving late for your appointment can effect your stylist's entire day. A late arrival can put her behind for every other appointment that day. Out of respect for your stylist's time and other clients, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to begin.

We also ask that you call to let us know if you are running behind.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your service or reschedule you appointment to another date and time.

 

Children in the Salon

 

***Due to new policies for COVID 19, children under 12 are not allowed in the salon at this time.***

 

The salon can be a dangerous place for unmonitored children. There are a number of tools, equipment, and furnishings that could injury a child who is unsupervised. For their protection, we ask that you keep your children with you at all times. We are not liable for unmonitored children and we reserve the right to charge you for any broken or damaged items, equipment, or furnishings.
