Why would I choose a mobile spa over a traditional spa?
A mobile spa will give you the convenience of professional spa services within the privacy of your own environment. You will not have to worry about leaving your comfort zone, driving after being pampered or any other issues you might have going to a location. What could be better than getting together with others while enjoying and having a relaxing spa treatment?
Are the service providers licensed professionals?
All service providers are licensed and certified in the state of Ohio. All service providers also receive a thorough background check prior to being employed with Radiant Beauty Spa.
Can you come to my home and just provide me with a individual service such as a manicure?
Unfortunately we can not. The State of Ohio Cosmetology Board will only approve spa party permits for groups or parties. As required by state law, a spa party must contain two or more people. A Individual service performed at a person's home for just one person is prohibited by the State of Ohio.
What are your hours?
Being a Mobile Spa company, we are open seven days a week between 9am-8pm. We are very understanding and can try to work with you and guest if services may need a time scheduled earlier then 9am or later then 8pm. Services are not available on major holidays.
Do I have to pay a travel fee in addition to booking services?
Our travel fee is already included in our service prices to help make using Radiant Beauty Spa more affordable for everyone.
Do I need to provide anything for my appointment?
The service providers will bring the supplies, products and equipment needed to provide your spa services. You and guest can use your own furniture, personal chair(s), couch, or where ever it feels comfortable sitting so you can receive services. Our Technicians/Therapists also have special portable chairs and tables for services if needed. Please make sure you have a clean, clutter free area available to receive services. If the service provider views the space created for service as hazardous they are not to perform services and you are subject to a 50% service charge. You are responsible for your own decorations, food and refreshments. In the case of a teen spa party or children's party we ask that at least one adult be present and we may require additional supervision in certain instances.
What am I to expect prior to my appointment?
The service provider(s) will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to prepare and permit the full amount of time for services. You will be given the specific time of arrival immediately after booking. The time of arrival varies and is based on the amount of guest and services.
If a service provider finds out I have a medical issue that will affect my services what will happen?
Radiant Beauty Spa service providers have the right to refuse or terminate spa services for any of the following reasons: open wounds, visible rash, lesions or any other serious medical conditions not disclosed at the time of booking your service(s). If you are pregnant, please state your condition prior to treatment.
Are tips included in your spa service prices?
Tips are not included in the price of the service but are gladly accepted. Please give at least 15% for tips. Thanks!
Is there a minimum number of people required for a spa party?
As required by state law, a spa gathering/party must contain at least two people.
What if one or more of my guest did not show up for my spa party|event and the service(s) have been paid for?
If a guest does not show up at a party or event and the service(s) have been paid for in advance other guests may take advantage of the services that had been previously reserved.
If I have a spa party can people who are not receiving services still be present at the party?
Absolutely! If they like what they see and the service providers have extra time they can provide services to your additional guest! Your guest can book online or give us a call and join in on the spa party fun!
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
We provide a 15-minute grace period on all confirmed appointments; after that our spa professionals will leave and you will still be responsible for a 50% payment of the confirmed services. We cannot guarantee full-service if someone is late for their start time. If a guest is late for a party or event we will try to accommodate the late guest but if they have reserved multiple services we cannot guarantee we will be able to complete them all.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your service(s) please log into your online account and simply cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You can also reschedule/cancel through the reminder text and (or) email that is sent immediately once services have been booked. For assistance email email@example.com or call (844) 458- 0220.
No-shows, cancellations or changes made after the required notice time are subject to a 50% service charge.
Radiant Beauty Spa Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services and/or products online at anytime. Gift certificates may be redeemed the same day as purchased. Please allow up to at least one hour after the purchase time for the processing of the gift certificate.
If you are unable to print a certificate, please write down the certificate number shown and contact us via phone (844) 458-0220 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
The certificate has no cash value, and no cash back will be given for unused balances. The certificate can not be exchanged. Certificate value is non-refundable. Transfer of certificates is prohibited- this certificate must be redeemed by the recipient specified at the time of the order. Certificate expires one year from date of purchase except where prohibited by law.
