Grow Your List:

Collect an email address from your clients by kindly asking for it when they make appointments or checkout after their service. You can encourage clients to sign up by offering them an incentive like a discount off their next service if they sign up. All email addresses you collect should be added to your GuestBook so you can send Email Blasts in the future.

Start Email Marketing:

Once you have collected some emails use the E-Marketing system to send your clients info and special offers. Give your business a professional look and impress clients with colorful, structured emails. The Guestbook system is so easy to use we have even created beautiful header images and standard text for holiday promos, seasonal specials, salon/spa news, and much much more. Offer Rewards or Coupons

If you have activated the Appointment Requests, Online Shopping, and/or Gift Certificate Sales options, be sure to mention these powerful features to all your clients. Give a small reward to those that use your online features. Free samples (often available from your distributors) given to anyone booking an appointment online is a no cost promotional tool that can work wonders. A small purchase discount for anyone buying a gift certificate or requesting and appointment online might be just the incentive to encourage an additional purchase. You can print out a small sign with your coupon and post it at the counter of your business or send out email marketing messages with the same info to your clients.

You can also offer a coupon/sales discount at time of booking. If you know they are getting their hair done you could offer 10% off a shampoo or styling gel purchase at checkout. This gives a great incentive for booking appointments online and for increasing sales at the counter.
