Return / Exchange Policy

There are different conditions under which different products can be return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges.

Any return or exchange must be pre-approved by us. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges if they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Any products returned opened, used, or in otherwise unsaleable condition are non-refundable.

We recommend shipping with a carrier that offers insurance and package tracking. We are NOT responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Diversion Statement

In order to protect the brands authenticity and prevent product diversion, all orders will be placed by email or by phone.
