Policy:
All orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours and shipped within 2 to 3 days.

If an item is out of stock when ordered you will be notified via email and any refund due will be initiated.

Returns are accepted for items in new un-opened condition and must be received at the salon within 14 days of the purchase. Any refund due will be initiated once we have received the items and confirmed via email. Please be sure to include a copy of the original receipt with any returned item(s).
