Return/Exchange Schedule Returns are processed every Wednesday and Friday. You will be contacted via email on Wednesday or Friday with a confirmation of your refund or confirmation that your exchange order has started preparation. Order preparation takes 2 days or less for in-stock exchange orders. Returns Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Monetary refunds will cover the retail price less all shipping fees. Send your return/exchange order to the En'Style address listed below. In order to receive your credit or refund you must: • Return unworn, unaltered hair with all tags and seals intact. You may not heat, wet, cut or apply any altering substances to the hair. This includes but is not limited to weft sealant, hair colors, henna, or glazes. We are obligated by Texas Health Regulations to uphold these standards. • Before mailing the return, you must fill out your return request. • If you don't have your original packing slip. Include the following in your return package: Include the following information on your packing slip: 1. Buyer Full Name 2. Order ID 3. Phone number 4. Email Address Exchanges If you would like to exchange your hair, the fastest way to do so is to place the new order first, then fill out the return request and send your return order. This way we will ship your new order immediately, and then give your credit for your return once we receive it. If you need to receive your return credit first, then you can fill out the return request, ship your order to us, and we will send out your new order after the return order is received.
