Policy:
Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. For defective merchandise a Manufacturer’s Warranty may apply. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted a refund will not be issued and the merchandise will not be returned. Carefully examine your order and report any issues within (7) seven days of receipt. Please report freight damage within 48 hours. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us at motorcitysalon@gmail.com Returns/Exchanges of unwanted merchandise require a Return Authorization within 30 days of purchase. We offer return shipping at no cost and will send a free Return Label to you. Please allow 48 business hours for Return Labels to be issued. Return Authorizations expire in 30 days after a label is issued.
