Service Policy
Ashley Stevens Appointment Policy:
To ensure prompt service, appointments are always preferred, but walk-ins are gladly accepted whenever possible. Should you need to cancel please note our new policy: As a small business in today’s economy, we can no longer absorb the full cost of missed visits or late cancelations. To avoid a late fee (equal to 50% of scheduled services), be sure to cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the appointed time. For multiple services, multiple guest appointments and services requiring more than ninety minutes, you may be asked to reserve your appointment with a credit card.
