Policy:
You can return items for a full refund as long as it is within 14 days of receiving the products. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your returns to be processed once it has been received and inspected. You will receive an email once your credit is ready to be issued. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been burnt more then 50%. *Note* Returned products will be inspected and if items are deemed altered damaged or tampered with a processing fee will be tacked on. Final Sale Products For sanitary reasons we are unable to accept returns for the following products. Nail: Polishes Tweezers Nippers Clippers and all other implements Hair: Brushes and Combs Skin: Makeup Make-up Brushes Eyelashes Beauty Implements and Hair Removal Accessories Electrical: Can be returned within 14 days as long as they are in original packaging
