*sales and return policies Sale merchandise can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY when returned within 10 days of the ship date unless specified as Final Sale (no returns or exchanges). We will not accept merchandise that has been Opened worn altered or washed. We currently do not offer exchanges. Upon the receipt of returned goods Naturalcreationsonline.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or the item(s) sent are found to be defective. An $8.00 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Please allow 10 days for processing of returned items upon receipt.
