We want you to be happy with your service, and we are willing to address any concerns or make any adjustments. Any issues with services need to be addressed within 7 days of the appointment. We are not responsible or liable for any services rendered within the 7 days if an attempt to fix the problem was done outside of Redhouse Salon.
In order to reserve an appointment lasting 3 hours or longer, a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the total service is required.
The Redhouse Salon team understands that sometimes there are unavoidable circumstances that can conflict with your scheduled appointment, and therefore cause you to cancel. As a courtesy to our guests and team members, we ask that any cancellations and rescheduling be given 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment. *Please note: No-shows and cancellations without a 24-hour notice will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to schedule a new appointment.
