CANCELLATION: LESS: 24 HR, WILL HAVE AN RESCHEDULE OF $30.00 PER HOUR. 1/2 HR WILL BE $ 15.00. THIS POLICIES AND PROCEDURES IS /ALL APOINTMENT.
Spa Policies and Procedures. We require a c/c $150.00 deposit for any appointment for three (3) or more, who request treatment for the same time period.
Appointments- A credit card is required to reserve spa. we suggest you make your appointment in advance; however please feel free to call us and we will try to accommodate you.
Cancellation- If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice for individual appointments and 48 hours for packages.
Check-In- We ask that you arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to relax and fill out any required paperwork. To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you silence all cellular phones up0n arrival and refrain from using them while in the spa. Please present all gift certificates upon arrival. In order to make your and other client’s spa experience as enjoyable as possible, we ask that you make arrangements for children less than 13 years of age.
Refunds- Gift certificates and series purchases are non-refundable. Gift certificates services can be traded or upgraded to accommodate your needs. No cash refunds for services or products. All refunds will be issued in spa credit. Return check fee is $40.00. Services and prices are subject to change. no call/no show - will be a full price charge.
