At A Visionary Salon, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations
To offer the exceptional service you deserve, we kindly request your cooperation with our scheduling and cancellation policies:
- To secure your appointment, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking.
Appointment Confirmation:
Following your text or email prompt from us, we ask that you confirm your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us promptly. This allows us to accommodate other clients with the same dedication and care.
- Cancellations made within 48 hrs: We appreciate your consideration and there is no charge or fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment amount. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the appointment to another client.
- No Show/No Call: If you do not attend your appointment and do not call to cancel, you will be charged the full amount of the service you booked. This policy ensures that our time and resources are respected, allowing us to continue providing unparalleled service to all our clients.
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction and offer the following policies to provide clarity and transparency. Your satisfaction is our priority.
- While we do not offer cash refunds for services or custom solutions, we are committed to working with you to ensure you love your experience.
- Full payment is required in advance for any hair extension order, pre made wig or hair piece.
- 50% payment is required upon order for any custom hair system or wig and is not refundable.
- Stock wigs and hairpieces can be returned for a 25% restocking fee if unworn and in original condition, as determined by the A Visionary Salon.
- Custom hair solutions, used portions of packages and hair extension hair are not refundable.
Service Fees
To maintain the highest quality of service, the following fees apply:
- Application and Maintenance Fees: A minimum fee of $150.00 will be charged for any application, touch-up, move-up, or fitting of any wig, hairpiece, hair extensions, custom hair systems, microstrands, or any hair rejuvenation or restoration service.
Hair Storage Policy
We offer complimentary hair storage for our valued clients. To ensure your hair is always ready when you need it:
- A Visionary Salon will store your hair while you are an active client. If you become inactive for more than six months and leave your hair, it will become the property of A Visionary Salon and will be donated.
Shipping fees and delivery dates
Customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred with custom orders and non stock items. We do not have control over shipping times and dates and will do our best to provide you with a shipping window. This is not a guarantee when your product will arrive only a loose estimate.
